Yêu cầu ngoại ngữ của chương trình Express Entry

Từ tháng 1/2015, hệ thống nộp đơn mới – Express Entry ra đời đã giúp đảm bảo qui trình xử lý hồ sơ xin định cư Canada nhanh chóng và hiệu quả hơn. Ngoài những yêu cầu về kỹ năng, kinh nghiệm, ứng viên phải đáp ứng đủ khả năng ngoại ngữ để nộp đơn vào Express Entry. Tùy theo mỗi chương trình định cư mà có tiêu chuẩn ngoại ngữ riêng cho ứng viên.

Chương trình Federal Skilled Worker

Ứng viên cần phải đáp ứng những yêu cầu tối thiểu của Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) cấp 7 cho tiếng Anh hoặc Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens (NCLC) cấp 8 tiếng Pháp.

Ứng viên phải có bài kiểm tra ngôn ngữ được Bộ Quốc Tịch và Nhập Cư Canada (CIC) chấp nhận và kèm theo kết quả thi khi ứng viên hoàn tất hồ sơ Express Entry.

Kết quả kiểm tra của ứng viên phải trong 2 năm gần nhất khi CIC nhận được hồ sơ xin visa định cư.
